Welcome to the Baltic Ghost Wing Center of Excellence and Proving Grounds, a cutting edge facility located in Jõhvi, Estonia.

Our mission is to test advanced concepts and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), as well as to provide top-tier UAS training for both civilian and dual-use unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operators. You too can become the best drone pilot in the world and learn from the best!

Founded by James Acuna, a former CIA operations officer with two decades of experience, our center leverages insights and innovations from the latest technological advancements to prepare operators for a variety of applications. Whether it's for commercial, emergency response, or defense and dual use-related purposes, our training programs cover the full spectrum of UAS operations, including the manufacture, maintenance, and piloting of tactical drones like the DJI Mavic-3 Pro and specialized FPV models.

Ghost wings are the intermediary forces between military and civilian realms, consisting of known defense leagues and everyday citizens who rise up during conflicts to protect their homeland.

We are strategically located in Jõhvi, Estonia.
